Hibernian have sacked head coach David Gray following a disappointing opening to the season.
Gray's departure also brings an end to the spells of assistant coach Liam Craig and goalkeeping coach Craig Samson at Easter Road.
John Potter has been placed in temporary charge of the team and will oversee Saturday's home fixture against Aberdeen.
Hibernian executive chairman Ian Gordon said the decision followed a recent decline in results and performances.
“Ultimately, this is a decision that we have not taken lightly, but unfortunately, one as a board we had to make due to the recent downturn of results and performances,” Gordon said.
The club will now begin the process of considering its options for Gray's permanent successor as they look to turn around their fortunes.
